OAR invites you to help us develop not only the Big Bend Gulf's artificial reef system, but to help us inform the public about a host of marine issues impacting our region. We need volunteers to help with:

•Reef Building, which involves a whole host of things--from being an observer for deployment operations to ferrying divers and other personnel to reef sites

•UW Research & Monitoring through our Research Dive Team

•UW Photography & Videography

•Public Relations Efforts such as newsletters, display exhibits and lecture series

•Membership Solicitation

•The Big Bend Saltwater Classic, our major annual fund-raiser

•Sponsorship Solicitation
